Protect Yourself from Fraud

  • Shield your PIN number when at the ATM Machine.
  • Do not write your PIN on or near your Card.
  • When using the ATM at Night, take someone with you. If you use the Drive-up ATM Machine, make sure all of your doors are locked before going up to the Machine.
  • Have your card ready when you approach the machine.
  • Put the money you withdrew immediately into your wallet, count it once you are safe inside your car.

  • Always sign your card.
  • Carry only cards you intend to use.
  • keep a list of your account numbers and customer service phone numbers in a secured location at home in the event your card is lost or stolen.

    Avoid taking your purchases to your car then returning immediately to the mall. If you need to do so, move your car to another spot in the parking lot. Thieves watch for people to leave new purchases unattended.
